Le projet\nvise \u00e0 honorer la vie et l&#039;h\u00e9ritage des femmes et des filles autochtones disparues et\nassassin\u00e9es, ainsi que des personnes 2SLGBTQ+.<\/p>\n<p>L'objectif de ces rencontres sera de recueillir les commentaires des familles canadiennes qui ont perdu des \u00eatres chers \u00e0 cause de la violence et de nous aider \u00e0 cr\u00e9er la meilleure exposition possible dans le but de sensibiliser la population au racisme, au sexisme et \u00e0 la violence contre les femmes, les filles et les personnes 2SLGBTQ+ autochtones \u00ab\u2009En nous\nrendant directement dans les communaut\u00e9s autochtones, nous donnons la chance aux\nfamilles touch\u00e9es par la disparition et le meurtre de femmes, de filles et de personnes 2SLGBTQ+ autochtones de faire entendre leur voix et de partager leur opinion sur le d\u00e9veloppement de l'exposition, de sensibiliser \u00e0 la discrimination et \u00e0 la marginalisation\nque subissent les femmes et les personnes 2SLGBTQ+ autochtones, et d'identifier des\nsolutions pour y rem\u00e9dier\u2009\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Teresa Edwards, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et conseill\u00e8re juridique interne de la FAE.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes qui ne peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sentes lors des s\u00e9ances peuvent quand m\u00eame\nparticiper en remplissant notre formulaire \u00ab\u2009Fa\u00e7ons de participer\u2009\u00bb disponible sur notre\nsite web au www.fondationautochtonedelespoir.ca.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Le produit final donnera lieu \u00e0 une exposition itin\u00e9rante, Waniskahtan, et au guide d'activit\u00e9s qui l'accompagne sur les FFADA et les personnes 2SLGBTQ+. Il servira \u00e0 honorer les vies perdues, \u00e0 sensibiliser les gens aux probl\u00e8mes qui les mettent en danger, \u00e0 s'attaquer \u00e0 la violence masculine et \u00e0 encourager les actions visant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger chaque\n\u00eatre humain. Il s'agit notamment d'encourager les spectateurs de l'exposition \u00e0 s'engager personnellement \u00e0 se dresser contre la violence et \u00e0 promouvoir la paix. Waniskahtan est\nun cri Swampy Cree qui signifie \u00ab\u2009r\u00e9veillez-vous\u2009\u00bb. Une fois termin\u00e9e, cette exposition\nsera ajout\u00e9e aux 19 (dix-neuf) expositions de la FAE qui circulent actuellement au\nCanada.<\/p>\n<p>La FAE est un organisme caritatif autochtone national dont les objectifs sont d&#039;\u00e9duquer, de\nsensibiliser et de faire comprendre les cons\u00e9quences des pensionnats indiens, y compris la Rafle\ndes ann\u00e9es\u00a060 et les pr\u00e9judices interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnels caus\u00e9s aux Premi\u00e8res Nations, aux Inuits et\naux M\u00e9tis.
