Type: Part Time – Full Time
Term: April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023 (with possibility of extension)

The Legacy of Hope Foundation (LHF) is a national, Indigenous-led, charitable organization that has been working to promote healing and Reconciliation in Canada for more than 20 years. The LHF’s goal is to educate and raise awareness about the history and existing intergenerational impacts of the Residential School System (RSS) and subsequent Sixties Scoop (SS) on Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, and Métis) Survivors, their descendants, and their communities to promote healing. The LHF works to encourage people to address discrimination and injustices in order to contribute to the equality, dignity, and respectful treatment of Indigenous Peoples and to foster Reconciliation.
Role and Responsibilities

Content Creation: Design, develop, and edit multimedia assets, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive content, for use across web, social media, and presentations.

Video Production: Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Graphic Design: Create compelling visuals, such as infographics, banners, and layouts, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

Web & Interactive Media: Support the development of interactive media such as e-learning modules, microsites, or digital kiosks.

Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and ensure all content aligns with organizational goals and brand identity.

Research & Innovation: Stay up to date on multimedia trends and tools, and propose innovative ways to enhance the organization’s digital presence.

Administrative Support: Organize and archive multimedia assets, and assist in maintaining project timelines and documentation.
